Introduction

This page contains the terms and conditions (the "T&Cs") which govern your use of StartAllOver (the "Site"). By accessing or using this website and the services available on it, you (the "User", "You" or "Your") confirm that You have read these T&Cs and that You agree to be legally bound by them and by any variations made from time to time by Verridian Recruitment and Training Partnership Ltd, a registered company whose registered address is  Suite LP22353, Lower Ground Floor, 145-157 St John Street, London, EC1V 4PW ("We", "Us" or "Our"). You will be deemed to have read and accepted these T&Cs, including any changes, each time You use the Site. We reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time without notice and at Our sole discretion.

Your Use of the Site, Rights and Responsibilities

You will use the Site only for Your own personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes relating to Your employment or search for employment. You are responsible for Your own communications, submissions, and use of this Site.

You will ensure that all information You post or submit to the Site is and remains complete, accurate and truthful to the best of Your knowledge and belief. You undertake to keep this information up-to-date. You are also responsible for ensuring that any such information and/or data are free of viruses or other destructive entities.

You will keep Your registration details (including Your password and log-in) secure and will not give them to any other person. You are responsible for all activity carried out using Your registration details, whether or not You have allowed or facilitated it. If You discover or suspect that Your registration details are known by a third party or are being used without authorisation, You must tell Us immediately.

You will not use the Site in a way which:

  • breaches any applicable law or regulation;
  • breaches any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, whether belonging to Us or to any third party;
  • breaches or attempts to breach the security of the Site (including but not limited to: unauthorised log-ins, unauthorised data access or deletion; interfering with the service, system, host or network; reverse engineering of any kind; spamming; hacking; falsifying data; introducing viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other destructive or damaging programs or engines; or testing security in any way);

  • violates the privacy or other personal rights of others;
  • is abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, libellous, offensive, sexist, racist or discriminatory;
  • causes a nuisance, inconvenience or anxiety to any person;
  • impersonates another person; or
  • is or appears to be promoting Your own products or services, except as an individual seeking employment.

You will not post any material that breaks any of the rules above, or which is sexually explicit (whether text or images), or relates to chain letters or pyramid schemes or advertisements or promotions. You will not do anything that deliberately or recklessly prejudices the reputation of Verridian Ltd.

You agree to fully indemnify Us for all loss, damage, claims, actions or demands arising out of Your use or misuse of this Site, or any breach by You of these T&Cs.

Our Rights and Responsibilities

As soon as You register with Us We will start looking for work for You. We will use all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information We give.

We take Your privacy seriously and will protect Your Personal Information (as defined in the Data Protection Act 1988) in accordance with the Data Protection legislation. See Our Privacy Policy for details. We will not:

  • Submit Your CV to any employer without Your permission.
  • Share Your CV or Your personal information with any third parties outside of Our organisation and Our appointed representatives, except with Your permission.
  • Contact Your referees or Your current employer without Your permission

However, We may gather, use and share with third parties certain anonymous information and statistics about Our Users and visitors, in aggregate form only, and in order to help Us improve Our service.

While We do Our best to ensure that the information on this Site is accurate, reliable, timely and complete, We do not accept liability for any inaccurate, unreliable, untimely or incomplete information contained herein.

This Site contains links to other websites. These are provided as a convenience to Our Users and We accept no liability or responsibility for the content of those websites, nor do We make any claims as to the truth or accuracy of the information contained therein. You access such websites at Your own risk.

We do not accept any liability for any loss, damage, claim or expense, whether direct or indirect and howsoever caused, arising out of Your use of this Site or Your reliance on information contained herein. All warranties in respect of such information, whether express or implied, are excluded. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by You as a result of any action or decision You take based on information contained on this Site. In particular, We will not be liable for: any loss of revenue, profit or salary, whether actual or anticipated; any loss of or damage to prospects of employment; loss of opportunity; loss of or damage to reputation; loss or corruption of data arising out of Your use of this Site.

We will endeavour to keep the Site working and to keep downtime to a minimum. However, We do not guarantee the availability of the Site at any time. We accept no responsibility for any loss of data, or for any denial, restriction or interruption of access. We reserve the right to change or remove any part of the Site or its content at any time.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these T&Cs shall attempt to limit or exclude Our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We do not offer You any guarantee: of finding employment; or that any employer will interview or employ You; or regarding the terms or duration of any employment for which We submit Your CV; or in relation to Our service generally.

We do not provide or claim to provide legal or other professional advice.

We have the right to remove from the Site any information supplied by You, or to prevent You from accessing or using the Site, at Our sole discretion. We do not have to give You a reason for doing this. We may immediately delete any information from the Site which We consider to breach these T&Cs or to be unacceptable for any reason.

All trademarks, logos, software, text, graphics and material on this Site and other intellectual property belonging to Us remain Our property at all times. You may not download, copy or print any of the content on this Site except for Your own personal non-commercial use.

These T&Cs shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
